Prickly pear seed oil “Opuntia ficus indica seed oïl” is one of our flagship products. It is extracted from the seeds or pips of prickly pears. It takes one ton of fruit to produce a liter of seed oil, hence its high price. The seeds are generally prepared during the summer season (August through October) and stored in good conditions throughout the year. Unlike argan oil, Targanine seed oil is sold in small volumes ranging from 15 ml to 10 liters. Prickly pear seed oil has multiple benefits for all skin types. It is rich in vitamin E, fatty acids (notably Omega 6) and sterols.
